Your responsibly will be to perform validation and verification activities for IP Cores implementing standard communication protocols for airborne electronic hardware, including:

• Definition of test cases and procedures
• Creation of simulation test benches in VHDL or Verilog
• Execution of test cases on the target devices
• Review of design data, including requirements, design and code

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in DO-254 development environment or similar
• 2+ years of experience as Verification Engineer in DO-254 development environment or similar
• Solid verification experience working with VHDL Designs using VHDL or System Verilog
• Experience creating simulation test benches with VHDL or System Verilog
• Experience testing FPGA/ASICs on target
• English language skills
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in verification of communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, ARINC 429, etc.)
• Experience in requirements engineering
• Experience with Microsemi/Microchip flash-based FPGAs (IGLOO2, Polarfire)
• Proficient with scripting languages (phyton preferred)
• UVM, or other functional verification methodologies

• Malaga (Spain), with occasional stays in other European countries
